❓Where can I buy an evaluation?

Evaluations can be purchased directly from the WeFund website.

❓What payment methods can I use?

WeFund accepts the following payment methods:

  • Credit and debit cards

  • Cryptocurrency payments

  • Other payment methods listed at checkout

❓Can I pay with crypto?

Yes, cryptocurrency payments are accepted. Ensure that the transaction is completed correctly and matches the amount requested.

❓Are third-party payments allowed?

No, payments must be made directly by the account holder. Third-party payments are not accepted for compliance reasons.


Credentials and Login

❓After I place my order, how long does it take to receive my credentials/login?

Credentials are typically issued within 1 hour after payment confirmation for your order.

❓How will I receive my credentials/login?

Credentials will be sent to the email address registered with your WeFund account.

❓I did not receive my credentials/login, what can I do?

If you haven’t received your credentials within the expected timeframe, please contact our support team for assistance.

❓Can I request a refund?

After purchase accounts are immediately setup, therefore refunds are not possible. For more information, please review our Refund Policy.
